You don’t have to wait for the office to open to request a visit. Log on to MyHealth Online and request your preferred dates and times and someone from the office will contact you to confirm.
There’s no need to call the office for a prescription renewal. See your current prescription list and request a renewal online.
See Test Results
If you’ve had blood work or some other test, once the results are posted to MyHealth Online, you can view them any time, day or night. And, you can link right from your test results page to the online Health Library.
Ask your provider’s office a question
If you have a question about your visit, a medication or a referral, you can submit your question online. Someone from your care team will find the information you need and send a secure email response within one business day. If you have an urgent question please call your provider’s office.
Update Personal Information
Has your address or phone number changed? Need to update insurance information? Do it anytime on MyHealth Online.
When it’s time for you to schedule a preventive care appointment, you’ll automatically receive a reminder message through MyHealth Online.

Getting Started with MyHealth Online
Once registered for MyHealth Online, download the MyChart mobile app. It’s available at the Apple App Store for iPhones, and Google Play for Android phones. Select your store below.
When you open the MyChart mobile app, choose “The University of Vermont Medical Center” from the list of area hospitals.
Login using your existing MyHealth Online username and password.
